LA SYMPHONIC WINDS | OUTREACH
- A major goal of the Los Angeles Symphonic Winds is to provide outreach and educational services to the community.
- The group accomplishes this goal through a variety of programs including performing special concerts for children and community groups and participating in civic events.
- Each year the Los Angeles Symphonic Winds is able to host or participate in several events across the greater Los Angeles area. The Los Angeles Symphonic Winds’ outreach events are always enthusiastically received and the Los Angeles Symphonic Winds have been able to develop strong relationships with several local organizations including the Los Angeles Community College District, the Valley Cultural Center, the Pacific Lodge Boys’ Home, the Los Angeles Sight Center, local elementary and secondary schools, and other organizations.
