  • • Go to any major scale page and find the 1st exercise of each. Described at “Long Tones to Strengthen Lips”.  Set your metronome for 70bpm.  Cresend for 8 beats, then decrescendo for 8 beats. 
    • Then play a few exercises corresponding with the the key at 66-70 bpm = the 8th note (not quarter)
