- Chromatic scale – C1 to C3 > 4-8 counts > Tempo=68
- Essential Elements, book 1 — play each exercise twice in a row and go from one exercise right to the next — no stopping, unless your mouth “gives out” and cannot grip. You want to practice until your embouchure fails so you can build the proper muscles quickly and gain stamina.
